Suggested Use:

Apply ¼ teaspoonful to hands, inner arms, or thighs as follows:

    Premenopause: Apply twice daily, 14 days every month from ovulation to menses.
    Perimenopause: Apply once daily, 21 days every month, off 7 days.
    Menopause: Apply once daily, 25 days every month, off 3 to 5 days.
